To apply or appeal for a place at St. Teresa's in-year, the child requiring the place must reside in Lancashire.
From 5th September 2023 the number of places available at St. Teresa's are listed below in brackets:
If there are no year groups listed, there are no places available, but you have the option to appeal for a place.
If you would like to visit school before applying or appealing for a place, please contact the school office on 01772 742 331 to arrange a date and time.
Applying for a place in a year group with places
Complete the 'In Year Application Form' and the 'Supplementary Information Form' (SIF) below. If you are in the process of moving, please see the Moving Residence Details Required below. Return the application form and SIF with a scanned copy of the child’s baptismal certificate to: bursar@st-teresas-penwortham.lancs.sch.uk
Appealing for a place in a year group with no places
Complete an online appeal form (Primary School Appeals) available from the LCC Web Site. Once completed the form will automatically be sent our school.
Complete the 'St Teresa's Catholic Primary School Supplementary Information Form' (SIF) below. If you are in the process of moving, please see the Moving Residence Details Required below. Please view the guidance note provided.
Return the SIF with a scanned copy of the child’s baptismal certificate to:

When providing copies of certificate (and forms if preferred), please provide scanned copies and not photographed copies.
